1. Agreement to Terms

By booking an inspection or scheduling any cleaning service with YAMUNA water tank sump and sintex cleaning ("Yamuna", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all residential, apartment society, commercial, and industrial tank cleaning jobs undertaken in Hyderabad.

2. Scope of Services

Our core services include mechanized 6-stage scientific water tank cleaning, underground concrete sump de-sludging, rooftop Sintex/PVC plastic tank sanitization, high-pressure rotary jet washing, slurry vacuum extraction, eco-safe antibacterial treatment, and UV germicidal irradiation.

3. Customer Site Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and smooth cleaning process, the customer agrees to provide:

• Safe Access: Safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the rooftop tank, terrace, or underground sump manhole.
• Electricity Supply: A standard working 220V power point near the tank or sump to run our high-pressure jetters and vacuum extraction pumps.
• Drainage Facility: A permissible roof drainage point or ground-level sewer drain for discharging wastewater and extracted silt.
• Inspection of Water Level: Informing our team if the tank is full so appropriate dewatering can be planned before technician arrival.

4. Quotations & Pricing Policy

Price estimates provided over phone or WhatsApp are based on customer-stated capacities (e.g. 1,000L, 2,000L, 5,000L). If upon on-site physical inspection, the tank or sump dimensions significantly exceed the stated capacity or require extreme heavy mud dredging due to years of neglect, an adjusted revised estimate will be communicated before work begins.

5. Pre-Existing Structural Damage Disclaimer

While our technicians use regulated pressure wands and non-abrasive methods, Yamuna is not liable for pre-existing structural flaws, including:

• Cracks or porous fractures in aging concrete sumps or plaster that existed prior to cleaning.
• Brittle, sun-degraded, or paper-thin plastic in aged Sintex tanks that have deteriorated from prolonged UV exposure.
• Rusted or faulty plumbing fittings, corroded valves, or damaged ball floats installed by third-party plumbers.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning job and joint client inspection. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash. Official digital GST invoices are issued upon request.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Customers may reschedule or cancel their appointment with at least 2 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled technician arrival time with zero cancellation fee.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject exclusively to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
